Old Dutch International inks lease at Sanzari-owned building in Hasbrouck Heights

Old Dutch International, a housewares wholesaler, has leased space at the Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights.

The property, located at 777 Terrace Ave., is a six-story Class A building owned and managed by Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Old Dutch leased 3,300 square feet of space at the property. It is utilizing the space as administrative offices.

Stephen C. Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, arranged the lease. Derek DeMartino of JLL represented the tenant.

“Heights Plaza continues to attract, and retain, tenants of all sizes in a variety of industries due to its convenient highway access, recent building enhancements, and desirable tenant amenities and conveniences,” Jennings said. “We are pleased to welcome Old Dutch International to the building’s growing tenant roster and look forward to serving their real estate needs for years to come.”

The 200,000-square-foot Heights Plaza is located within close access to Interstate 80, Routes 17 and 46, the George Washington Bridge, the New Jersey Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway.
