KRE Group has launched renovations at 685 Route 202/206 in Bridgewater, according to Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive leasing agent for the 140,000-square-foot office property.
The renovations will improve indoor and outdoor spaces, including reconfiguring seating areas, a tenant lounge, a new landscaped patio and more, C&W said.
William O’Keefe, Raymond Trevisan, Charles Parmelli, and Jackie Madden, based at the firm’s Morristown office, are heading the leasing team.

The property is within close access to Interstates 287 and 78, Routes 22, 202 and 206, and the Bridgewater Commons Mall.
