The Kislak Co. Inc. has been named the exclusive sales agent for an 81-unit multifamily portfolio in north Newark, the real estate firm announced recently.
The portfolio includes four buildings primarily located on Mount Prospect Avenue in the Forest Hill neighborhood.
Barry Waisbrod, senior vice president, and Julie Gralla, sales associate, are handling the assignment for the undisclosed owner.
“The north Newark portfolio provides investors with a unique opportunity to establish themselves in one of the hottest and fastest-growing markets in the tri-state area, on one of the most desirable streets, Mount Prospect Avenue,” Gralla said in a prepared statement. “There are ample reasons why Newark is so desirable right now.”
The properties include:
- 254 Mount Prospect Ave., 29 units;
- 260 Mount Prospect Ave., 22 units;
- 320 Mount Prospect Ave./90 Second Ave., 16 units;
- 57 Stone St., 14 units.
