Rockleigh-based RSC Solutions, a technology services company, has launched its health care staffing division, it announced Tuesday.
The new division, RSC Healthcare LLC, at the same time acquired Assisted Home Care Services, a home health care resource.
The acquisition will expand RSC Solution’s footprint in the health care industry with a specialization in staffing area hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, in-home care, private duty nursing and other facilities, it said.
Michael Sikora and Kathleen Kiernan of AHCS will join RSC Solutions as director of operations and director of nursing, respectively.
