D.R. Horton‘s New Jersey division has opened its Stafford Park community in Manahawkin, it announced Wednesday.
The community features six home plans, featuring three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, ranging from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet and starting in the upper-$300,000s.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 19 for the D.R. Horton Stafford Park, followed by a grand opening ceremony on July 21.
Stafford Park is within close access to the New Jersey beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, stores, Route 9 and 72, and the Garden State Parkway.
