Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced the $9.1 million financing for a Class B industrial building in Swedesboro.
The 254,250-square-foot property, located at 405 Heron Drive, is within close access to Interstate 95, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Philadelphia International Airport.
HFF worked on behalf of the borrower, Burton Real Estate, to place a 10-year, fixed-rate loan with CUNA Mutual Group.
Michael Klein of HFF’s debt placement team represented the borrower.
“CUNA Mutual Group had a firm understanding of the market, the property and BRE’s business plan for 405 Heron Drive from closing the previous transaction in 2017,” Klein said.
