Roseland Residential Trust has begun leasing at its RiverHouse 11 at Port Imperial property in Weehawken, it announced recently.
Roseland, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corp., is a developer, owner and manager of luxury multifamily properties. RiverHouse 11, a 10-story residential community at 1100 Avenue at Port Imperial, is part of its $2 billion, 200-acre master-planned Port Imperial development. The waterfront project eventually will include 20 upscale residential, retail and hotel properties, Roseland said.
“As our vision for Port Imperial as a holistic lifestyle-oriented destination continues to come to fruition, we’re thrilled to be opening RiverHouse 11, and to soon welcome hundreds of new residents to the community,” Mack-Cali CEO Michael DeMarco said in a prepared statement.
RiverHouse 11 features 295 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a sky terrace with stadium seating, a resort-style pool and sundeck, a fitness center and more.
“This building was thoughtfully designed to offer a blend of modern style and eclectic industrial elements, combined with unrivaled views of the Manhattan skyline and resort-style amenities,” DeMarco said.
