The New York Red Bulls have launched their first mobile app, the Harrison-based club announced, with the help of a Florida developer.
The app will provide users with information on the team as well as its home, Red Bull Arena. Users will also be able to scan, buy and share tickets and have access to radio broadcasts and other team-related content.
“We are proud to provide our fans with the first-ever New York Red Bulls mobile app,” Jayne Bussman-Wise, senior director, content and communications, for the Red Bulls, said in a prepared statement. “We have developed the app to provide fans with real-time updates, content and information for match days. Working together with Venuetize, we look forward to continuing to evolve the app to meet the needs of our fans at Red Bull Arena or wherever they engage with us.”
Venuetize, based in Tampa, was founded in 2014 and works with sports teams, arenas and other organizations throughout North America.
