Vonage names SVP of enterprise engineering and networks

Holmdel-based Vonage, a business cloud communications company, announced Thursday it has named Sanjay Macwan its senior vice president, enterprise engineering and networks.

Macwan will be responsible for the company’s enterprise platform and engineering teams and will help spur innovation and new development growth.

He will report to Sagi Dudai, chief technology officer.

“With his rich experience in delivering enterprise scale software and communications platforms and his proven leadership capabilities, I’m confident Sanjay will accelerate Vonage’s culture of innovation and help us deliver outstanding results to our customers,” Dudai said.

Macwan has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He most recently was at NBCUniversal Media Labs as its senior vice president and chief technology officer. Earlier, he was at AT&T Labs.
