SITO Mobile Ltd., a Jersey City-based data services company, said this week that its chief financial officer has resigned.
Mark Del Priore stepped down Monday, the company said in a news release. William Seagrave, the company’s chief operating officer, and Aaron Tam, its finance manager, have been named interim co-CFOs.
The company also said Brett O’Brien, an executive with Gatorade, has been named to the board of directors, as part of leadership changes that also include new board members Steven Felsher, Jon Bond and Bonin Bough.
