Woodbridge-based The Kislak Company Inc. announced Monday the $4.43 million sale of the Quail Creek Shopping center in Howell.

The 52,000-square-foot shopping center features office space and is located at Ramtown-Greenville Road and Newton’s Corner Road.

Justin Lupo, sales associate, represented the seller, Parker Partners LLC, and Matt Weilheimer, senior vice president, represented the buyer, 630 Grove Street LLC.

“The sale of Quail Creek represents the continued demand for investment properties of all asset classes in today’s market,” Lupo said.

“The purchaser needed to complete an I.R.C Section 1031 Exchange for which Kislak was able to assist in identifying a property,” Weilheimer said.

The property, a mix of restaurants, medical offices and service-based tenants, is currently 65 percent occupied. It’s within close access to the Garden State Parkway and Route 195.
