Princeton-based TRAC Intermodal, a provider of marine equipment and pool manager, announced its CEO and President Keith Lovetro is retiring, effective Tuesday.
Jennifer Polli has been named to replace Lovetro as CEO and president, effective Aug. 1.
Lovetro has been with the company since 2011.
Polli joined TRAC in 2012. Prior to her role, Polli was vice president of private equity at Fortress Investment Group. She also served as managing director at FTI Consulting.
