The Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey announced Monday it has elected three new Latina members to its board of directors.
Joining the board are Claribel Cortes, Myriam Cruz and Dana Rodriguez.
“All three of our newest Latina Board Members embody the spirit of community and bring talent, expertise, and energy to the table. We are very fortunate to have them by our side as we continue to strengthen our Chamber #Familia”, said Carlos Medina, SHCCNJ chairman.
Cortes is the co-founder and chief operating officer at New Brunswick-based The Setroc Group. She has more than 15 years of experience in digital media and entertainment.
Cruz is a commercial loan officer at Financial Resources Federal Credit Union and is a long-standing member of SHCCNJ.

“We welcome this group of accomplished Latinas as part of our board of directors, and we look forward to working with them to keep enforcing our mission of promoting the continued growth and development of New Jersey businesses,” SHCCNJ said in a prepared statement.
