Gordon Logistics takes 270K sq. ft. in Raritan Center

Gordon Logistics signed a long-term industrial lease on just under 270,000 square feet of warehouse space at 180 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison.

Gordon Logistics, a third-party logistics provider to major wine importers, alcoholic beverage and food wholesalers and distributors, will occupy the majority of the 354,000 square-foot warehouse facility.

The CBRE team of Scott Belfer, Lou Belfer and Nicholas Nitti arranged the lease on behalf of the building ownership, New York Life.

“Gordon Logistics was looking for a long-term solution for its warehouse and distribution needs in a building with a corporate appearance and a facility that would handle its current and future growth,” Belfer said.

“This location was ideal for the company’s needs, given its close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, George Washington Bridge, Newark International Airport and the Port.”

Founded in 1940, Gordon Logistics serves as a supply chain solutions partner for the alcohol beverage and food industries. From source to final destination, Gordon Logistics views itself as an expert in moving, storing and adding value to its client’s products.
