Princeton-based Caliper, a human analytics company, announced Tuesday that Steve Scialabba has been promoted to executive vice president and managing director of international.
Scialabba will be responsible for managing and creating growth opportunities for the firm’s global offices.
“I’m excited to be working with our international team to help Caliper better align its focus in the global market and serve as trusted advisors to our clients all over the world,” Scialabba said. “I also look forward to our continued global growth in the assessment, people analytics, and organizational effectiveness solutions market.”
Prior to his promotion, he was Caliper’s senior vice president of strategic accounts.
“We’ve been busy this year expanding our sales capabilities, and Steve is another excellent addition to lead this world-class team,” said John Maketa, Caliper’s chief revenue officer. “The creation of this new role highlights our commitment to providing the best service to our customers during this time of growth and expansion.”
