ERA Real Estate, a global franchising leader based in Madison, announced that RE/Max 2000, a real estate leader serving Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C., has joined ERA.
The firm will now be known as ERA Realty Group.
Through the affiliation, the ERA brand said it can now extend its reach by providing new technology and resources to more than 55 ERA Realty Group agents and its two offices in Silver Spring and Rockville, Maryland.
“ERA understands the true value of technology and how to apply it properly in the market,” said Jim Thomas, owner of ERA Realty Group. “I’m excited to work with current independent agents, and prospective agents, and teach them the true powers of the ERA brand.”
“The more tech you have, the more outreach you can have in your community. And the Zap program is the ticket for us,” Thomas said. “Combine that with ERA’s acquisition services and we’re really in a position to thrive.”
