Parsippany-based Planned Cos., a 100-year-old real estate service provider, announced Wednesday it is increasing its portfolio, expanding into universities across the U.S.
It most recently entered into an agreement with Howard University. It will provide cleaning services and front desk needs.
“With our generational experience and track record servicing large scale corporate and residential complexes, we are proud and excited to extend and expand our service offerings — janitorial, maintenance, concierge and security — to college campuses and universities throughout the Northeast, mid-Atlantic and San Francisco markets,” Robert Francis, CEO of Planned Cos., said.
“Planned Companies associates go above and beyond their expected performance. The concierges continuously leave a positive impact with all of our guests, students and are always a delight to talk to.” Stated Evan Allen, Community Management Director of Corvias Howard University.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
