Cantel expands life sciences portfolio with $17M acquisition of Stericycle’s CES business

Cantel Medical Corp., an infection prevention and controlled products company in Little Falls, has acquired Stericycle Inc.‘s Controlled Environment solutions business for $17 million, it announced Friday.
