Caliper, a provider of predictive human capital solutions in Princeton, announced Friday it has appointed Joshua Priddy as chief product and innovation officer.
In this role, Priddy will be responsible for enhancing the company’s analytics platform and client-based digital solutions.

Joshua brings a unique blend of human capital knowledge, technological leadership, and in-depth experience with data analytics,” said Josh Maketa, chief revenue officer. “The creation of this new role highlights our commitment to providing the best products and human capital solutions to our customers during this time of growth and expansion.”
Prior to Caliper, Priddy was at Amazon as senior Kindle content risk manager. Before that, he led Amazon’s Connection’s program. He has extensive experience in HR analytics, assessments, Big Data and implementation.
