Levin adds Middlesex County retail center to its N.J. portfolio

Levin Management Corp. announced Thursday it has added Oak Tree Center in Edison to its New Jersey retail property portfolio.

The center is a fully-leased, 189,000-square-foot shopping center with more than 30 tenants and a 25,000-square-foot India Grocers store. It also includes a theater, banquet center, a Chili’s restaurant, Wells Fargo bank and a mix of retailers and service providers.

Robert Carson, LMC’s executive vice president, said LMC is focused on maximizing the property to its greatest potential.

“This new assignment is particularly gratifying because it represents an expanded client relationship. We pride ourselves on managing properties to a high standard and institutional level, and this assignment demonstrates how Levin continues to expand its business by taking care of clients and their real estate assets,” he said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
