Marlton-based Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, a not-for-profit hospice organization, announced recently it has named Susan Manzi its new chief financial officer.
In this new role, Manzi will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s finances including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and revenue cycle.
“We are pleased to welcome Susan Manzi to Samaritan’s team,” Mary Ann Boccolini, CEO and president, said. “She has more than 18 years of accounting and operations experience in healthcare and brings a wealth of knowledge as well as a compassionate spirit to her position.”
Prior to Samaritan, Manzi was vice president of accounting and revenue cycle at Regional Women’s Health Management LLC. She most recently served as chief financial officer at Axia Women’s Health.
She earned her master’s degree in health care administration from Ohio University and her bachelor’s in accounting from Rider University. She is also a certified public accountant and member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
