Princeton-based Caliper, an employee assessment and talent management solutions company, announced Tuesday it has named Eric Lane as regional vice president of the Pacific region.
The Pacific region covers Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Utah and Arizona. Lane will be responsible for overseeing an accounting team.
“I can’t wait to start working with my team in the Pacific region and building upon Caliper’s established success throughout the country,” Lane said. “Caliper’s world-class science, technology, and expertise are perfectly suited to help our customers achieve their talent management business objectives.”
Prior to Caliper, Lane held a number of senior management roles at Pearson.
“We’ve been busy this year expanding our sales capabilities, and Eric is another excellent addition to lead this world-class team,” John Maketa, chief revenue officer at Caliper, said. “The creation of this new role highlights our commitment to providing the best service to our customers during this time of growth and expansion.”
