Continuum Health, a physician enablement company in Marlton, announced Tuesday it has hired and promoted three new members to its team.
- Luis Rivera to chief financial officer;
- John Juzaitis to chief commercial officer;
- Nadia Adams to senior vice president of care innovation.
Rivera will be responsible for company-wide operational efficiencies. Prior to Continuum, he was CFO for Allegheny Health Network’s Physician Organization; assistant vice president of value-based contracting for Northwell Health; the New York market CFO for Aetna; and other leadership positions in a number of health care companies.
Juzaitis previously served as Continuum’s vice president of commercial operations. In his new role as chief commercial officer, he will be responsible for market development and managing the company’s client relationships. Before Continuum, he was chief revenue officer for Medfusion. Before that, he oversaw sales operations ZirMed and served in multiple roles for IDX/GE.
Adams will be responsible for driving quality, enhancing patient experiences and lowering the cost of care in Continuum’s provider network. Prior to Continuum, she was chief operating officer for Center for Health Innovation and Implementation Science at Indiana University School of Medicine. Adams also served as the network director for Great Lakes Practice Transformation Network.
