North Plainfield-based Levin said this week that the healthy fast-casual eatery leased 2,375 square feet at the 240,000-square-foot Flemington Marketplace center in Flemington.

“Increasingly, on-the-go consumers are looking for freshly prepared meals that are healthy, flavorful and high in quality,” Andrea Kyriacou, senior leasing representative with LMC, who arranged the lease. “Frutta Bowls is one of the fastest-growing bowl food franchises, and there’s nothing quite like the concept in this market area. We are excited to introduce this popular chain to the community.”

Seth Katz of Legacy Commercial Realty represented Frutta Bowls in the lease. The chain joins other Flemington Marketplace tenants, which include Burlington Coat Factory, Kohl’s and Chili’s, among other retail and dining options.
