Law firms renew at Sanzari building in Hasbrouck Heights

Two law firms have renewed their leases at a Hasbrouck Heights office property owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the real estate firm said this week.

Hackensack-based Sanzari said in a news release that Freedman & Friedland LLC and Seidman & Pincus LLC signed for a combined 3,500 square feet at Heights Plaza, 777 Terrace Ave. They have been tenants since 2003.

The deal was negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing.

“Alfred Sanzari Enterprises builds long-term tenant relationships by maintaining high standards of quality at all our properties,” Jennings said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased that these outstanding law firms have elected to renew their commitment to Heights Plaza, and look forward to building upon and extending the relationships we have established with them over the years.”

The Class A office building, located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and routes 17 and 46, has spaces available ranging from 2,500 square feet to 15,000 square feet.
