C&W arranges full-building industrial lease in Somerset

Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday it has arranged a full-building industrial lease in Somerset.

Integrated Supply Network, Cushman & Wakefield said, had decided to move from a 40,000-square-foot space to an 86,000-square-foot building at 70 Schoolhouse Road in Somerset.

Andrew Stypa and Daniel Badenhausen of Cushman & Wakefield’s Iselin office negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Terreno Realty Corp. Cushman & Wakefield also represented ISN on behalf of Fischer & Co.

ISN is an automotive tool and equipment specialist that serves wholesalers and distributors in the United States and the United Kingdom.

“The Somerset facility has proven ideal for ISN as it grows its Northeast customer base,” Stypa said. “It is a Class A building offering excellent loading capacity, high ceilings and the flexibility to accommodate the most sophisticated distribution requirements. Beyond that, it occupies a prime location within New Jersey’s desirable Lower I-287 submarket, proximate to major thoroughfares mid-way along the Boston-to-Washington, D.C. corridor.”

The building is within close access to Interstate 287, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and the New York State Thruway.
