Northfield Bank, a financial institution in Woodbridge, announced Tuesday it has named Damien Kane to senior vice president, director of marketing.
“Damien brings a strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, partnering, and project management to his expanding role at Northfield. Damien’s leadership in the branding of Northfield and promotion of our value proposition has been instrumental to building our reputation as a premier financial services provider in our communities. I look forward to Damien’s continued success and contributions as a member of the senior management team,” Steven M. Klein, CEO and president, said.
Kane joined the bank in 2004 as vice president, marketing. He currently serves as co-chair of the New Jersey Bankers Public Relations Committee and is board member of the New Jersey Bank Marketing Assocation.
He graduated The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and later received his master’s degree in marketing from Rutgers University.
