HSS, Ivy Rehab partner to create PT centers of excellence throughout the U.S.

Hospital for Special Surgery announced it has partnered with Englewood-based Ivy Rehab to provide clinical training to clinical directors at each Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence.

The center’s are all brand new, HSS said, and feature a wide range of equipment and services. Access to care, it said, is available with or without a prescription usually within 24 hours.

The first Ivy Rehab HSS center is slated to open in Englewood at 15 Nathaniel Place on Aug. 15.

“This is the first of several Centers of Excellence that Ivy Rehab will open in collaboration with HSS in select markets around the U.S.,” said Erin Kenney, vice president of integrations at Ivy Rehab. “We are incredibly proud to work with HSS to offer paktients an exceptional experience that sets Ivy apart as an industry leader in the outpatient rehabilitation space.”

Michael Rucker, CEO at Ivy Rehab, said the partnership is unique in the physical therapy industry.

Each Ivy Rehab HHS Center of Physical Therapy Excellence will be owned, staffed and managed by Ivy Rehab with clinical training provided by HSS.
