Hoboken-based NICE, a provider of cloud and on-premise enterprise software solutions, announced Monday it has completed its acquisition of Mattersight Corp.

The finalization of the deal, NICE said, will enhance behavior analytics and cloud innovation for the company and its clients. It will also further enhance NICE’s inContact CXone, a cloud customer experience platform

Financial terms were not disclosed.
