Lands’ End and Club Pilates have signed leases at a Bound Brook shopping center, real estate firm CBRE announced Tuesday.
In two separate lease transactions, the clothing and home décor retailer and the boutique fitness studio signed for 6,053 square feet and 1,820 square feet, respectively, at Chimney Rock Shopping Center.
The 218,000-square-foot center is owned by Regency Centers and anchored by Whole Foods, according to a news release.
John Hanlon and Ellada Davidova of CBRE represented the landlord in the deals, while Glenn Beyer of RKF represented Lands’ End and Florian Suserman of Ripco Real Estate Corp. represented Club Pilates.
“Chimney Rock has been a successful project from the minute we arranged the ground lease on behalf of Regency Centers,” Hanlon said in a prepared statement. “From preleasing retail space to Whole Foods, The Container Store, Nordstrom Rack and Saks Off Fifth to the most recent deals with Lands’ End and Club Pilates, the shopping center has attracted some of the nation’s most well-recognized retailers.”
CBRE said three end-cap spaces remain at the center, at 2,000 square feet, 2,560 square feet and 2,650 square feet. Average asking rent is $65 per square foot.
