Health tech company ODH Inc. appoints interim CEO

ODH Inc., a Princeton-based health technology company, announced Wednesday it has appointed Remy Sukhija its new interim CEO.

Sukhija, who has more than 25 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and startups, will be responsible for setting business strategy for the company, overseeing operations and marketing decisions for Mentrics, ODH’s technology platform.

Prior to his appointment, he was serving as senior vice president for commercial operations for Otsuka America Inc., a sister company of ODH. He will continue to perform his duties as SVP as interim CEO.

“With technology innovation occurring at a rapid pace, the healthcare industry is at an inflexion point,” Sukhija said. “That’s why I’m excited to be joining ODH which is on the front lines in working with payers, behavioral health organizations and risk-bearing entities to meet the twin challenges of improving care and managing costs.”
