An undisclosed global consulting firm has recently signed 20,000 square feet at 56 at Roseland, bringing the property to almost full capacity, joint venture owner Mountain Development Corp. announced Thursday.
56 at Roseland is a 400,000-square-foot headquarters facility located at 56 Livingston Ave. in Roseland.
MDC said it celebrated the lease with a reception for tenants, brokers, bankers, business professionals and more who were involved in developing the property.
“We were delighted to welcome another prestigious tenant to 56 at Roseland, and to celebrate with existing tenants and decided to utilize the occasion as an opportunity to say ‘thanks’ to everyone who has worked so hard to made this property such a success,” said Michael Seeve, president of MDC. “This is a building unlike any other. It’s more than just the contemporary office environments and the array of amenities. The elite tenancy has created a special, high energy environment for professionals who work on complex, exciting projects with dynamic clients and enjoy being surrounded by others with similar endeavors and practices. It makes for a very rewarding experience when so many high achieving people are gathered together. We could not be more proud of the accomplishments of the tenants.”
MDC’s venture invested more than $40 million to redevelop and place tenants in the property. It previously served as the headquarters for Organon International.
The property’s new amenities include a new data center, a new on-site cafe with a 400-seat dining area, a health club and wellness center, security services, concierge services, a lounge area outside with fire pits, a green walk, hiking trails, volleyball court, walking paths and more.
It is within close access to Interstates 280, 287, 80 and 95, the Garden State Parkway, and Routes 10 and 46.
