USI Insurance LLC, a global insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has signed a lease for more than 35,000 square feet of office space in Florham Park, according to real estate services firm Transwestern.
USI Insurance singed for 35,415 square feet at 180 Park Ave., next to the master-planned Green at Florham Park and less than 10 minutes from downtown Morristown — a property owned by Hudson Advisors.
Transwestern’s James Postell, partner; Matt McDonough, managing director; and Dan Ligorner, vice president, represented the landlord in the transaction. Ben Brenner, managing director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
“Florham Park continues to be one of the most desirable areas for office space, due to its access to nearby amenities, including restaurants, hotels, shops, parks and golf courses,” Postell said in a prepared statement. “USI Insurance’s relocation to Florham Park is a testament to the strength of this submarket, which we believe will continue to attract world-class companies.”
USI, headquartered in Valhalla, New York, has more than 150 offices and 6,000 employees worldwide.
