Peapack-Gladstone Bank adds SVP, special assets

Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp., parent of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has hired a new senior vice president, special assets, the bank holding company announced Tuesday.

Kenneth R. Geiger will work out of the bank’s Bedminster headquarters, primarily focused on managing various workout situations and processes, as well as managing the workout portfolio, recommending risk rating changes and negotiating with borrowers, among other tasks.

Geiger has more than 25 years of banking experience, most recently serving as special assets director for Capital One Bank. He has also held executive roles with The CIT Group Inc., Merrill Lynch Global Bank Group and others.

He has a law degree from Seton Hall University’s School of Law.
