Edison-based Cross Country Infrastructure Services Inc., an equipment and supplies provider to the construction industry, has acquired Rain2Day Inc., it announced Tuesday.
Rain2Day is a rental provider of pumps and tanks primarily for the Las Vegas and Nevada area.
Cross Country said the acquisition of Rain2Day has allowed it to grow its footprint in the Western United States market.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
