Lucosky Brookman LLP, a corporate finance and securities law firm in Woodbridge, announced that real estate attorney Jeffrey Goldstein has been named to lead the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Goldstein will be responsible for representing investors, lenders, corporations, REITS and more, and establishing financial institutions in all aspects of real estate deals.
Goldstein joined Lucosky from Schulte, Roth and Zabel LLP where he represented Fortune 500 companies in commercial real estate deals in New York City.
