Far Hills-based Mango Capital Inc., a real estate holding company, announced Wednesday that Elliot Pershes has been named its corporate general counsel.
He was also named to the company’s board of advisors.
“We look forward to working with Elliot. He is a super fit for the company and we appreciate his willingness to join our team,” Rick J. Makoujy Jr., Mango’s president, said.
Pershes will be responsible for Mango’s legal and regulatory affairs and will look over finances for the company.
Prior to Mango, Pershes was a litigation associate for a civil litigation boutique firm.
“I am thrilled to join such a top notch team,” Pershes said. “We are in a great position to pursue future opportunities.”
