Cushman & Wakefield announced Friday it has brokered the sale of an industrial building in Piscataway.
The property is comprised of 80,000 square feet on 7.2 acres and is located at 151 Old New Brunswick Road.
N.J. CRR LCC purchased the asset from S.S. White Technologies Inc., a manufacture of aerospace parts.
Jason Barton, from Cushman & Wakefield’s leasing and sales team in Iselin, headed the assignment along with Chuck Fern, Tom Tucci and Stephen Shoemaker.
The property is within close access to Interstate 287 and Exit 10 on the New Jersey Turnpike.
