Zimmel Associates, an Edison-based corporate real estate services firm, announced the sale of two industrial buildings in Clark and Somerset.

In the first deal, CEO David Zimmel headed the $3.6 million sale of 51 Terminal Ave. in Clark. The buyer, WBC Industries Inc., is a distributor of VELCRO and Aplix hook and loop fasteners and other products. The property is a 30,000-square-foot, one-story, free-standing industrial building. It is within close access to Exit 135 of the Garden State Parkway. The buyer was represented by Thomas Kirczow of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
In the second deal, Jordan Zimmel, vice president, handled the $3.1 million sale of 215 Davidson Ave. in Somerset. The property is comprised of 25,000 square feet and is a free-standing industrial building. It is within close access to Exit 10 of Route 287. Zimmel represented the seller, Balogh Associates. The buyer, SNR Trading of Brooklyn was represented by Ronald Kraft of Allied Realty.
