Marlin Business Services Corp., a Mount Laurel-based publicly-traded bank holding company, announced that W. Taylor Kamp has left his role as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Kamp will remain with the company as a consultant through the end of the year to assist with the transition.
“On behalf of the entire organization I would like to thank Taylor for his dedicated service and his contributions to our Company. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” Jeffrey A. Hilzinger, Marlin’s CEO and president, said.
“I have valued my time at Marlin as its CFO and believe I have made meaningful contributions to its success. However, I feel the time is right to progress to a new stage of my career which my experience at Marlin has made possible. I am proud of our accomplishments the last three years and I am sincerely confident Marlin will achieve continued success in the future,” Kamp said.
Korn Ferry, an executive search firm, has been engaged to assist Marlin in a search to find a successor.
