Levin arranges lease for U.S. Armed Forces recruiting office in North Plainfield

The CVS Plaza in North Plainfield has hit full occupancy as the United States Government signed a lease for an Armed Forces Recruiting Office, Levin Management Corp. announced Friday.

LMC, a commercial real estate services firm, is the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 18,900-square-foot, Route 22 retail property. The property includes at 15,000-square-foot CVS Pharmacy.

“We are pleased to partner with our armed forces and meet their space requirements at CVS Plaza,” Vanessa Fernandez, LMC leasing representative, said. “From a standpoint of demographics and accessibility, this property provides a great place to service the regional community.”

The recruiting office leased 3,900 square feet at the plaza.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
