Freehold-based Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. announced Friday it has acquired an industrial building in Georgia for $61.1 million.
The brand new, 373,750-square-foot property is located at 650 Braselton Parkway in Braselton. It is currently net-leased to FedEx Ground Packaging Systems Inc. for 15 years. The building sits on about 93 acres.

The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport consistently ranks as one of the world’s busiest airports and this facility is well situated to serve the 6.6 million residents located within the Atlanta–Athens corridor,” Michael P. Landy, CEO and president, said.
