Catapult Learning, a Camden-based provider of special education solutions, announced this week that it has acquired the Leeway School for Educational Therapy in California.
The school, based in Alhambra and serving the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley area, will join Catapult’s family of special education programs in the Golden State and nationwide.
“As we expand our services nationwide, we specifically look for partners with a track record of delivering positive student outcomes,” CEO Jeffrey Cohen said in a prepared statement. “The Leeway School has demonstrated a unique blend of emotional support and academic success for students with special needs. We will continue Leeway’s tradition of excellence, ensuring that all students are able to thrive in and out of the classroom.”
Catapult now has more than 60 locations nationwide, including 10 in California.
