Eastman Cos. has chosen real estate firm CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for the Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston, according to an announcement Monday.
CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel and Erin Wenzler will head up the assignment for the developer, leading the leasing efforts at the 380,065-square-foot, Class A office property located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave.
“Eisenhower Corporate Campus is one of the highest-quality office properties in New Jersey,” Meisel, a senior vice president, said in a prepared statement. “It is also one of a handful of commercial facilities with true sustainability initiatives and is one of the largest multitenanted buildings in the state powered by solar.
“On an average day, the building generates enough solar power to run an entire 50,000-square-foot building, which is equivalent to 1.8 metric tons of carbon dioxide.”
Livingston-based Eastman Cos. has developed more than 3 million square feet of space in Essex, Morris, Bergen and Burlington counties.
