Woodmont Metro apartments at Metuchen Station hit full occupancy

The Woodmont Metro apartments at Metuchen Station are fully leased, according to Woodmont Properties.

In addition, the community’s shopping plaza, The Shops at Woodmont Metro, has three new tenants on the ground floor: Dean’s Café, Olive Press Eatery and Hot Yoga Revolution.

“We’re thrilled with the momentum we’ve experienced at Woodmont Metro and honored to be able to celebrate the success of the community alongside the town of Metuchen,” Stephen Santola, executive vice president and general counsel of Woodmont Properties, said. “We’re also excited for the increased interest in The Shops at Woodmont Metro. From the beginning, we have been searching for the right mix of tenants to create an active vibe within the public plaza area. The demand from potential new retail tenants seems to confirm our approach.”

Residents at the community have the Metuchen train station, Metuchen’s downtown area and a Whole Foods within walking distance.

“Since the early stages of development, we knew that we would be able to create something special in the heart of downtown Metuchen,” Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties, said. “As we celebrate this milestone, and welcome new retailers to the community, we are especially proud of this fabulous community and the resident living experience in a very attractive, walkable, transit-oriented town.”

Amenities at Woodmont Metro include a rooftop terrace and lounge, landscaped courtyards, swimming pool, outdoor fireplaces and barbecue grills. There is also a gym, game room, sports bar, billiards table and indoor pet spa.
