P3 Properties acquired the 393,000-square-foot, four-building complex in 2017. Occupancy since the purchase has gone up 13 percent.
“Simply put, we are successfully leveraging the potential we saw from the outset at BroadAcres. We are working hard to create an affordable, attractive environment with amenities that today’s tenants want. We are pleased to welcome Cushman & Wakefield to the team as I know they will help us take BroadAcres to the next level,” Harvey Rosenblatt, P3 founder, said.
Ben Brenner, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, and MariaGrace Iantosca, associate, are heading the assignment.
“BroadAcres enjoys a storied reputation as a preferred destination for sophisticated corporate users seeking accessibility, a distinct identity and aggressive business terms,” Brenner said. “Our team at Cushman & Wakefield is thrilled to be partnering with P3 Properties to build upon that history and finalize the lease-up of the complex.”
Since P3 Properties acquired the property, it has introduced a fitness center, new signage, resurfaced parking lots and updated exterior lighting.
The building is within close access to the Garden State Parkway exits 151 and 153.
“BroadAcres Office Park lends itself to accommodating tenants of all sizes, which further distinguishes it within the immediate marketplace. P3 Properties is truly delivering on their mission to provide the ultimate work environment to all corporate users located in their properties” Brenner said.
