Two companies have renewed their office leases at a Holmdel building, according to real estate firm Denholtz Associates.
At 100 Commons Way, the accounting firm Buchanan Clarke Schlader signed for 4,183 square feet, while the audiology care provider Audiology Services Co. USA LLC signed for 1,050 square feet.
“The Holmdel office submarket’s high level of access and strong demographics make it a desirable market for a wide range of companies,” Kristine B. Hurlbut, Denholtz’s senior vice president of leasing, said in a prepared statement. “Both of these tenants recognized that renewing their leases at 100 Commons Way would allow them to continue to tap into this strong market and receive the high level of tenant service that we deliver to each of our tenants.
“These two renewals are a perfect encapsulation of our multitenant office leasing strategy that allows us to continue to maintain high occupancy in some of the hottest office markets in the state.”
The property is a 44,000-square-foot, two-story Class A office building.
Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz in both transactions.
