Davis will be responsible for day-to-day operations on a number of properties in South Jersey. He will also manage maintenance staff and contractors, property repairs and owner and board relations.
“I have over two decades of experience in strengthening owner relations, improving the safety and appearance of properties, overseeing contract negotiations and vendor activity with an excellent understanding of leasing principles, accounting analysis, and management functions,” Davis said. “I am very excited to work with residents and board members and join the leading property management company in New Jersey.
