Three firms renew leases at Toms River business park

Three companies have renewed their industrial/flex leases at a business park in Toms River, according to real estate firm Denholtz Associates.

At Northampton Business Park, located at 1545-1575 Route 37 W., Wheel Traders LLC re-signed for 4,500 square feet, Design Alternatives Inc. re-signed for 3,200 square feet and KT’s Office Services LLC re-signed for 1,275 square feet.

The 95,000-square-foot office and warehouse development is located in Ocean County’s fastest-growing business corridor, Denholtz said. Tenants include light industrial, service and professional organizations.

“Although the larger industrial buildings and projects may garner more of the headlines, demand for small to midsized flex spaces like the Northampton Business Park is driving much of the nation’s industrial space boom,” Denholtz Director of Leasing Christina Jordan said in a prepared statement. “That high level of demand for small to midsized industrial space, coupled with a lack of supply throughout much of the market, helps power our multitenant investment strategy and allows us to maintain high occupancy across our portfolio.”

Nick Pistolakis of Lakis Commercial Relaty represented Denholtz in the transactions.
