Transwestern relocates N.J. office to Florham Park

Transwestern announced Thursday it has relocated its New Jersey office to Florham Park.

The new 7,211-square-foot location at 180 Park Ave. is about 1,000 square feet over its old office in Parsippany.

The property is part of a 370,000-square-foot, two-building office complex.

James Postell, Transwestern partner and city leader; Matt McDonough, managing director; and Dan Ligorner, vice president; provided leasing services for the complex and are overseeing its redesign. Transwestern also manages the property.

“As we continue to expand our presence in New Jersey, we saw this as the perfect time to establish long-term roots in Florham Park, which has become one of the state’s most coveted regional hubs for top-quality, amenity-rich office space,” Postell said. “We look forward to calling 180 Park Ave. home and see this as an excellent opportunity to further attract the best and brightest talent in New Jersey’s hyper-competitive commercial real estate market.”

The new office is within close access to The Green at Florham Park, restaurants, the New York Jets’ headquarters, BASF’s North American headquarters, the AVE Florham Park, Routes 24 and 10, and Interstates 287, 78 and 80.
